Animamus Art Salon EXTRAVAGANZA during Bushwick Open Studios

Animamus Art Salon is proud to participate in the 6th Annual Bushwick Open Studios!
Festivities begin on Saturday 2 June with THE PARADE OF ART.
In collaboration with Spread Art, “The Parade of Art” will gather outside the Morgan L stop on Bogart St at NOON and promenade with ‘Speaker of the Dead’ gypsy, brass, folk, punk band to the The Animamus Art Salon hub for the weekend, Starr Street Studios!
The Parade of Art will also be streamed live via the internet. (http://www.ustream.tv/channel/spread-art-bos-2012) If you would like to participate…JUST SHOW UP!
The Exhibition:
Come and see our artists’ physical works hung salon style Saturday 12-7 p.m. and Sunday 12-11p.m. at 207 Starr Street.
The Salon:
Join us on Sunday night from 7-11 p.m. for June’s Animamus Art Salon. Each artist (see below) will present their work for 3 minutes, with performances by Sylva Dean and Me, Teletextile and The Amazing Amy! $10.00

The Floating wall of Affordable works at Spread Art (53 Meserole St.) from 1 June-3 June with works on paper by Michael Blase, Nick Burgess, Coco Dolle, Laura Lee Gulledge, Aimee Hertog, Alix Maubrey, Justin Orvis Steimer, Ventiko and Brenton Wolf.
